Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Penzam. We're committed to getting your supplies to you quickly, affordably, and reliably, so you can get back to creating (and so we can fulfill our mission of putting art supplies in the hands of those who need them most).


Free Shipping Over $35

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35, shipped within the United States. For orders under $35, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Order Processing

Every order is processed in the order it is received. We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Penzam selects the most efficient and economical shipping method for each order based on weight, destination, and carrier availability. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and the method chosen will deliver your order safely and reliably without unnecessary cost.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Delivery & Signatures

Signatures are not required at the time of delivery. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier directly.

Lost or Missing Packages

Penzam is not responsible for shipments that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the recipient. Once a carrier confirms delivery, the package is considered delivered.

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Look around your delivery location, including porches, garages, mailrooms, and side doors
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before the final hand-off
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request a delivery investigation

If you need assistance contacting the carrier or locating tracking information, we're happy to help — but please understand that resolution and refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries are at the discretion of the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
